Job Info : Project Secretary
Duration of Services 13 months
Work Location : Around Jl. Barito, Jaksel.
- Answer telephone and provide information/assistance or route calls to
appropriate staff members
- Open and distribute mail, receive and send all forms of correspondence,
- Coordinate and mobilize Team Leader and procurement Advisers as
outlined in the work plans to support the EINRIP procurement schedule and activities.
- Support the Team Leader to obtain entry/exit visas and maintain working and KITAS visa.
- Monitor and procure office equipment and supplies; operate and maintain office equipment.
- Establish and maintain permanent files; file and retrieve file as requested.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Female, Nice personality
- At least 5 years professional experiences as a receptionist, secretary assistant,
office management. Skilled in use of a personal computer and various software package.
- Knowledge of modern office procedure and methods including telephone
communications, office system and record keeping.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English, proven ability to present information
verbally and in writing.
