1. Community Project Engineer
Community Project Engineer is responsible for planning, surveying, preparing design and estimates and drawing of various civil engineering projects, developing project implementation strategies, monitoring progress and reporting, ensuring quality/quantity of construction materials, supervising infrastructure projects, and coordinating with community/contractors, program teams and key stakeholders (i.e. Kogami, DPTs and Government). Community Project Engineer will provide overall technical input and ensure pre-determined quality engineering standards are met during and at the end of each project.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or relevant engineering experience with minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with community members, contractors and labors.
Relevant training in construction technology preferred.
Satisfactory level of written & spoken in English and Local Language
Computer skills in Word, Excel and Auto-Cad are required.
Experience in implementing community based projects including for construction and infrastructure works
Area knowledge of West Sumatra province
The position as Community Project Engineer will be as temporary staff 2 months.
The driver will provide safe, transport services for MC program and support staff in the West Sumatera province. The driver will adhere to all traffic and MC safety rules and follow the transport guidelines required by the MC transport department.
Minimum one years experience with valid driver’s license and experience driving 4×4 vehicles (preferred).
Must respect and adhere to all safety and traffic rules. Basic understanding of English and fluency in all local languages is required.
Routes, duty stations, project areas, the NGO and diplomatic community are required.
The position as Driver will be as temporary staff 5 months.
1. Administrative Assistant – Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN)
The administrative assistant will organize and manage all administrative tasks for activities within the program.
2 years of administrative/secretarial experience is required;
Have strong communication, English speaking and writing skills;
Should be familiar with facilities and code of conduct in Jakarta, Bandar Lampung and Semarang;
Should have pleasant personality, be organized, efficient, proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure and with short deadlines when required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer program are required.
