CHF International/ Indonesia wishes to recruit a Database Clerk to support the implementation of key activity components of the “Building Indonesian Livelihoods and Transitional Shelter” (BUILT) program. The BUILT program includes transitional shelter for 5,000 families, 2,500 upgrades to makeshift shelters, latrines for 1,250 households, sanitation and hygiene efforts, and cash for work to help clean up debris. In addition, the program also includes components focused in earthquake resistant construction training for local builders and earthquake risk-reduction education for its beneficiaries.
Job Title: Database Clerk
Reports To: M&E Officer
Location: Pariaman, West Sumatra, Indonesia
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the M&E Officer, inputs the data from the forms into the database of beneficiaries for a variety of programs.
· Enters data into CHF Beneficiary Database
· Does filing system for both data source form (sorting, numbering and managing the data source into a different type, area and date)
· Files Data Entry Report
· Prints requested reports (using database program) when requested by some departments
· Make sure all administrative- related documents of beneficiaries are complete and in place.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A diploma degree with good computer skills. MS Excel skills are essential, expertise in any other database program is a plus.
Fluency in written and oral Bahasa Indonesia. Person with basic English will be prioritized. Must be able to read and interpret documents, and communicate with others as necessary to perform job duties effectively.
Basic skills and able to perform job specific mathematics.
This position is open for local recruit only, successful candidate will be responsible for the transportation at the beginning and end of the contract and the accommodation during the time of the employment.
