ASEAN’s integration efforts by establishing a legal and

Blueprints, namely: ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC), ASEAN
Economic Community (AEC), and ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC).
Currently, the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC)
is looking for suitable
candidates to fill several vacancies for Technical Officer – Finance
/ Trust Funds to
provide technical support in managing
the budget and financial matters of ASEC, including trust funds.
The Technical Officer
– Finance / Trust Funds duties will cover, but not limited to, the
Manage/assist in the financial
operations and trust funds, including budgeting preparation,
book-keeping and financial reporting, cash flow management,
maintaining and enhancing relations with agent banks,
coordinating and facilitating audits of accounts.
Provide administrative support to
Finance and Budget Division in reviewing and processing
Review travel advance request and
travel settlement, i.e. process payment for underpaid travel,
maintain and check the accuracy and completeness of documents,
and prepare all necessary documents for bank transfer.
Ensure compliance with established
financial rules and procedures.
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and auditing
experience is an advantage.
A minimum of 3-4
years experience in multinational organisation.

Willing to travel

Remuneration and Benefits:
Successful candidate will be offered the
post with a probation period of six months and monthly salary
commensurate with his/her personal qualifications starting from IDR
6 up to 15 millions. There are other applicable benefits which
include monthly transportation allowance, outpatient medical
reimbursement, hospitalisation insurance and an annual bonus of a
month’s basic salary. Upon
completion of the probationary period, the candidate will be
confirmed as Technical Officer – Finance / Trust Fund for a
three-year contract, inclusive of the six-month probationary period,
in the first instance.
